The Service That We Offer

A brief summary of each service is listed below:-

Let Only

The aim of this service is to provide you with a tenant that meets your specific criteria; it is available for clients who are able to provide an effective back up service for their tenant should any difficulties be experienced. It is not advised for Landlords who are overseas or are unable to arrange swift repairs.

Rent Collection

In addition to the ‘Let Only’ service, we are able to provide a rent collection service. This service is recommended for clients who have the ability to provide maintenance back up, but would prefer to leave the financial aspect well alone.

Full Management

This service includes both the ‘Let Only’ and ‘Rent Collection’ and provides the Landlord with peace of mind in all aspects of the day-to-day running of the property. This service is recommended especially for overseas landlords and those who do not want hands-on involvement.
